Biography cont.

A founding member of Mallon Blatcher, Frank brings a keen business sense and extensive litigation experience to create practical legal solutions for his individual and corporate clients. Frank serves as both trusted advisor and effective advocate to individuals, corporations and other business ventures in a variety of commercial contexts, including business formation, contract creation and review, and risk analysis and reduction. Frank has successfully represented his clients in jury and non-jury trials in federal and state courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution venues. He is an experienced, trained Arbitrator and is on the American Arbitration Association’s National Roster of Neutral Arbitrators.


With over 30 years of experience as a private pilot, Frank’s aviation clients include manufacturers, pilots and fixed base operators. He acts as counsel to general aviation manufacturers, addressing the entire spectrum of their legal needs. Frank also serves as panel attorney for the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA), representing pilots in matters of FAA compliance, aircraft purchase, ownership and operation.
