Joseph Mallon began practicing law in 1975, and when he co-founded Mallon Blatcher, he brought with him a wealth of legal knowledge, business acumen and practical skills acquired from his extensive experience. Along with Frank Blatcher, he established Mallon Blatcher with a purpose of providing pragmatic legal and business solutions for the firm’s clients.

Throughout his career, Joe has acted as counselor to individuals and businesses. His keen insight and professional abilities have been continuously recognized by his peers and appreciated by his clients. Joe has handled hundreds of cases as a litigator and transactional attorney, and at Mallon Blatcher primarily focused his practice in the areas of professional liability, product liability, business litigation and personal injury. He has also represented agents, brokers and insurers in matters involving professional negligence claims and insurance coverage. Joe has successfully tried many jury and non-jury cases in federal and state courts throughout Pennsylvania.
