Pamela Blatcher’s practice focuses upon the assessment of her clients’ risks and exposures under the law and providing guidance aimed at reducing those exposures. With over 25 years of experience, Pam brings a wealth of knowledge in the areas of contract analysis, casualty claims, insurance law, and products liability.
An instrument-rated pilot, she represents aviation-related businesses and pilots in matters ranging from creating aircraft shared-ownership structures for pilots to providing legal advice to manufacturers in the aviation industry. Pam is a panel attorney for the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association Legal Services Team. She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
