At the time, Joe and Frank each had amassed significant experience as counselors and litigators. Their years of practice allowed them to refine effective business and litigation methods and to prove that successful results could be obtained while upholding honorable values.

Frank Blatcher has more than 35 years of experience as a civil litigation lawyer, with a diverse legal practice that includes representation of Plaintiffs and Defendants, individuals and corporations. An approved arbitrator of the American Arbitration Association, Frank also has complex commercial litigation experience that includes jury trials, non-jury trials, and arbitrations in areas of commercial liability, commercial contract disputes, Uniform Commercial code, construction law, professional liability, manufacturer tort liability, aviation, medical and telemedicine matters, and insurance coverage actions with multiple parties and with individual claims.
